Return & Refund Policy for Bclothing

Return Window We accept returns within 14days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 5business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or we made an error: we cover return shipping
  • All other returns: return shipping is the customer's responsibility

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7_14 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and note your preferred replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
